This results in a panic when the send completion runs. The\nexact panic varies depending on what elements of the container structure\nget corrupted. The fix is to use the correct expression in\n_pad_sdma_tx_descs() to test the need to expand the descriptor array.\n\nWith this patch the crashes are no longer reproducible and the machine is\nstable.\n\n## Affected\n\n- `linux_kernel >= 4.19.291, < 4.19.308`\n- `linux_kernel >= 5.4.251, < 5.4.270`\n- `linux_kernel >= 5.10.188, < 5.10.211`\n- `linux_kernel >= 5.15.99, < 5.15.150`\n- `linux_kernel >= 6.1.16, < 6.1.80`\n- `linux_kernel >= 6.2.3, < 6.6.19`\n- `linux_kernel >= 6.7, < 6.7.7`\n- `linux_kernel = 6.8`\n- `debian_linux = 10.0`\n\n## Remediation\n\nUpgrade past the affected range:\n\n- `linux_kernel 6.7.7`","depth":"twilight","depthScore":43,"depthScoreParts":{"impact":42.9,"likelihood":0.1,"exploitation":0,"ransomware":0},"changes":[]}
